HVAC Desk provides HVAC business management software including scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

HVAC Desk offers subscription-based access. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the data, information, and other content that you upload or input into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
